CANCELLATIONS & PAUSED MEMBERSHIPS

Let us know you need to make changes


If you need to change your membership subscription:

We are able to do this at any time. We will need to be notified in writing before your next billing cycle date in order for it to be processed in sufficient time.


If you need to pause your membership:

We are only able to pause for one month at a time.

After the month paused period, your membership will reinstate and the monthly fee will be taken as normal.


If you go on holiday:

We are not able to pause for two weeks (for example) within a billing cycle.

The option here is to reduce your monthly subscription to suit the number of sessions that you require for the time that you’re here. For example, drop from SGPT 12 to SGPT 8. 

As above, for any membership changes we need to be notified before your next billing cycle date in order for it to be processed in sufficient time.

If you wish to cancel your membership:

There is a 30 day notice period for all membership cancellations.
